After graduating from Kenneth E. Hagin’s RHEMA Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1980, God began dealing with Rev. and Mrs. Edwin Anderson about moving to the High Springs area. They were to start a church that would meet the needs of people who were longing to know how to live a truly victorious life, based solidly upon the authority of God’s Word. It was to be a regional church, reaching out to surrounding communities and to people of many different backgrounds.
That summer, after conducting Bible studies and church services near Fort White, Pastor Anderson, his wife Angela and two sons, moved to High Springs and founded Faith Christian Fellowship. By December 1980, services were being held in the New Century Women’s Club in High Springs. God’s blessings have been evident in every phase of the church’s growth. In 1981, the young congregation purchased the historic, former First Baptist Church facility. Since that time, many new members and ministries have been added as the church has continued to grow.
In 2000, the congregation broke ground on their new facility on US 441 between High Springs and Alachua. Just before the new facility was completed in 2002, and to reflect the growing congregation’s vision, the church name was changed to Impact Family Church. In 2003 Rev. Greg Anderson joined the church staff as Youth Pastor, later becoming Associate Pastor in 2005.
The vision God gave Pastor Anderson has become a reality. Today, with ministries for all ages, from children to youth and singles to seniors, Impact Family Church is equipped to minister to your spiritual needs and to those of your entire family. The church’s motto is "Change Your World®"- that is, stop complaining about what’s going wrong in your life and do something about it. Take the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit and change your world!
Pastor Anderson and the entire congregation of IFC welcome you. Our heart’s desire is to see you live as an overcomer through the power of God.

Rev. and Mrs. Edwin Anderson are native Floridians, having been born and raised in Jacksonville and Newberry. They were married in 1970 and have two sons, four grandsons and one granddaughter. Pastor Edwin graduated from RHEMA Bible Training Center in 1980 and was ordained by the late Rev. Kenneth E. Hagin in 1985. Pastor Angela was ordained in 2001. In 1980 they founded Faith Christian Fellowship in High Springs, which later became Impact Family Church (see church history). Together they served as District Directors of RHEMA Ministerial Association International, the licensing and ordaining arm of Kenneth Hagin Ministries, from 1989 to 1994, and as Regional Directors from 1994 to 2004 (see affiliations).
A gifted teacher, Pastor Anderson expounds the Word of God with refreshing clarity and depth. His passion to equip believers to reach their full potential in Christ has resulted in producing a strong local church body with a bold witness for the Lord. The gifts of the Holy Spirit are in frequent manifestation as Pastor Anderson ministers by the anointing. |
Rev. Greg and Amy Anderson joined the Impact Family Church staff in 2003 as Youth Pastors, later becoming Associate Pastors in 2005. Pastor Greg and Amy were married in 1996 and have three children. Both graduated from RHEMA Bible Training Center, founded by Rev. Kenneth E. Hagin, in 2000.
Pastor Greg, or “PG” as the youth call him, and Amy have a desire to see adults and students alike live to their fullest potential and experience God’s best in every area of their lives. They believe this generation is not just the church of tomorrow, but they are in fact the church of today. They quickly established an exciting and growing youth ministry known as RAGE, which stands for a Real Authentic God Experience. |
