Pastors Greg and Amy Anderson serve as Lead Pastors at Impact Family Church.  Both graduated from RHEMA Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2000.  Upon graduation, they moved to Jacksonville, Florida where they helped plant a church.  In 2003, they joined the staff of Impact Family Church as Youth Pastors and became Associate Pastors in 2006.  They served faithfully in these roles until 2023 when they became Lead Pastors.

Pastor Greg was raised in High Springs, FL and graduated from Santa Fe High School in 1992 and Santa Fe College in 1994. Pastor Amy was raised in Pittsburgh, PA., and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1994.  They were married in 1996 and have three children (Jack, Nate, and Mia).

Pastors Greg and Amy have a passionate desire to see people of all ages develop an intimate relationship with God, grow in the knowledge of Him, and develop strong faith.  This will allow them to experience God’s best in every area of their lives, impact their generation, and live fruitful lives that are well pleasing to the Lord.

What do you believe?2024-08-14T15:44:37-05:00

We Believe… THE SCRIPTURES – The Old and New Testaments are the inspired Word of God. In these Testaments we find the complete revelation of God’s will for the salvation of men, and the Divine and final authority for all Christian faith and life (II Tim. 3:16; I Thess. 2:13; II Peter 1:21).

We Believe… THE GODHEAD – In One God, Creator of all things, Who is infinitely perfect and eternally existent in three Persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Deut. 6:4; John 1:1-3, 14; Phil. 2:6; Acts 5:3-4).

We Believe… JESUS CHRIST – Jesus Christ is true God and true man (John 1:1-3,14; I Tim. 2:5). He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary (Luke 1:35). He died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins. Further, He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven and is now at the right hand of the Father as our High Priest and Advocate (I Cor. 15:3-4; Acts 1:9; Heb. 8:1; I John 2:1).

We Believe… THE HOLY SPIRIT – The ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ. During this age, He indwells, guides, instructs and empowers the believer for godly living and service. Every believer should be filled with the Holy Spirit with speaking in tongues as the initial physical evidence (John 16:13-14; I Cor. 6:19; Acts 1:8; Acts 2:4).

We Believe… THE FALL OF MAN AND REDEMPTION – Man was created in the image of God but fell into sin and is therefore lost (Rom. 5:12; 3:23). Only through regeneration by the Holy Spirit can salvation and spiritual life be obtained (Titus 3:5). The shed blood of Jesus Christ and His resurrection provide the only grounds for justification and salvation (I Peter 1:18-19; Rom. 4:25).

We Believe… THE CHURCH – The true Church is composed of all those who are born again. Through this new birth we are united together in the body of Christ. Jesus Christ is the Lord and Head of the Church (I Cor. 12:12-13, 27; Eph. 1:22-23). Every local church has the right under Christ to decide and govern its own affairs (I Cor. 12:28).

We Believe… WATER BAPTISM AND THE LORD’S SUPPER – Water baptism and the Lord’s Supper are ordinances to be observed by the Church during the present age. However, they are not to be regarded as means of salvation (Matt. 28:19; I Cor. 11:23-26).

We Believe… PRAYER – Every born again, Spirit-filled believer should maintain a consistent prayer life. This should be true both in praying with the understanding and in praying in the Spirit (I Thess. 5:16-18; I Cor. 14:15; Eph. 6:18). Impact Family Church

We Believe… FAITH, HEALING AND PROSPERITY – Without faith it is impossible to please God (Heb. 11:6). The redemptive work of Christ not only provides salvation for the believer but healing and prosperity as well (Isa. 53:4-6; Matt. 8:16-17). We are redeemed from the curse of the law which is poverty, sickness and spiritual death (Gal. 3:13). Our lives will be prosperous and healthy if we will walk in the light of this redemption with faith in God’s Word (III John 2).

We Believe… MARRIAGE AND SEXUALITY – The Bible recognizes marriage as exclusively the legal union of one man and one woman. (Titus 1:6) Therefore, the Church will not recognize, perform, or condone any marriage between individuals of the same gender or between more than one man and one woman. The Bible also teaches that legitimate sexual relations are exercised solely within marriage. Sexual activities, such as, but not limited to, adultery, fornication, incest, homosexuality, pedophilia, bestiality, and/or efforts to alter one’s gender violate the teachings of the Bible and the Church and are sinful and incompatible with Christian behavior. (I Corinthians 6:9-10; Leviticus 18:22; Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:26-27)

We Believe… THE RETURN OF THE LORD – In the personal, premillennial and imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ (I Cor. 15:51-52; I Thess. 4:15-18). This “Blessed Hope” has a vital bearing on the personal life and service of the believer (Titus 2:11-14).

We Believe… THE RESURRECTION AND ETERNAL STATE – In the bodily resurrection of the dead, of the believer to everlasting joy with the Lord and the unbeliever to judgment and everlasting conscious punishment (Rev. 20:4-6, 11-15).

What is a service like?2024-08-14T15:45:13-05:00

We have dynamic praise and worship and typically a sermon/message. Click here if you’d like to check out our sermons online before you visit.

What kind of music do you have?2024-08-14T15:45:36-05:00

Praise and Worship is a vital part of our fellowship with the Father. It is more than just a time to stretch our legs and sing a few songs. It is a special time in every service when the congregation is encouraged to minister from their hearts to the Lord in praise and worship.

As we worship the Lord in spirit and truth, we build a habitation for Him in our midst. The Holy Spirit then begins to move among us in the manifested presence and power of God, sometimes strong and powerful, sometimes gentle and sweet. (We endeavor to allow the Holy Spirit to move as He wills in each worship service.) During this time, we may see the gifts of the Spirit in operation or hear an inspired utterance by the Spirit, brought forth to comfort, exhort or edify the Body. Often, many individual needs are met as we lift our voices and focus our attention on Jesus.

Every person who works with children must pass a background check and provide references.

For more information, just ask the department director of the specific department or call our office.

How do I serve at the church?2024-08-14T15:44:57-05:00

Through our Serve Team there are numerous opportunities to serve and use your gifts at Impact Family Church.  The Serve Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving as a Greeter or an Usher, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving in one of our children’s ministries, or by serving with the Production Team – opportunities abound!

For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others … Mark 10:45

Feel free to contact the church office for more information.

How do I get water baptized?2024-08-14T15:45:23-05:00

IFC practices water baptism by immersion. The Greek word for baptize means literally “to dip” or “to immerse” (Acts 8:36-39). Water baptism has been described as the outward sign of an inward work of grace because believers are not baptized in order to be saved, but because they are saved. Water baptism is a symbol of the Christian’s identification with Christ in His death, burial and resurrection (Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4; Colossians 2:12). Though not to be regarded as a means of salvation, water baptism is nevertheless essential for full obedience to the command of the Lord. Any member of Impact Family Church who has publicly confessed Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior can arrange to be baptized in water during a public worship service by contacting the church office.
